Mianyang Huike 8.6 generation thin film transistor LCD production line project (hereinafter referred to as "Huike project") has a total investment of 24 billion yuan, covers an area of 850 mu, and the construction period is 18 months. The project adopts a-Si TFT iPS technology, with a design capacity of 120000 pieces / month and a glass substrate size of 2250mm × 2600mm. The project mainly produces IPS liquid crystal panel, which is suitable for small-scale markets such as mobile phones, smart wear, car, etc., as well as large-scale markets such as curved surface frameless liquid crystal TV, etc. the product line can be adjusted independently according to the market profit situation. After the project is completed, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 15 billion yuan, an annual tax revenue of 1 billion yuan, and 10000 jobs.
It is understood that the Mianyang Huike project was signed on April 18, 2018, commenced construction on October 28 of the same year, and the main plant was capped 23 days in advance on August 8, 2019. At present, Huike equipment has been installed and is undergoing comprehensive commissioning. It will reach full production six months later. Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, the Mianyang Fucheng district has established a special class of "resumption of production and rehabilitation services for Hui Ke" to promote the resumption of the February 10, 2020 project. The recovery rate has reached 100%.
In terms of technical characteristics, Mianyang Huike adopts new technologies such as optical distribution, 4pep, cot, GDL, igzo, Cu process, etc., which is at the leading level in China. Compared with the traditional IPS and FFS mode, it can effectively improve the yield and product performance. At the same time, Huike also developed BPS and cot technology to further optimize the product process, making it cheaper and more efficient. In terms of product planning, Mianyang Huike retains the flexibility of MMG cutting technology, so it can produce differentiated size products for business trip, which can be adjusted flexibly to reduce risks according to market demand in the future. The MMG nesting mode designed for 65 inch and above large-scale products, combined with the yellow light process designed by double headed dragon, can greatly improve the efficiency of G8.5 / g8.6 production line nesting oversized products. At the same time, the 8.6 generation also has the cutting advantage comparable to the 11 generation line, and has the production capacity of large-scale 65-86 inch products. The product line has strong compatibility. Its products are not only suitable for small and medium-sized markets such as mobile phones, smart wear, cars and laptops, but also for large-sized markets such as curved frameless LCD TVs, which further fills the demand of small and medium-sized and large-sized display fields, and improves the self-sufficiency rate of domestic LCD screens.
With the increasing demand for UHD display, 8K UHD resolution will become an important trend in the development of display technology after 4K. For this reason, Mianyang Huike has advanced technology layout. The igzo technology adopted is extremely fine in pixel density (up to 400ppi or more), the endurance can be increased by 5-10 times, the touch-screen signal recognition is more agile, and the operation is more comfortable.
